SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

To ensure we are able to accommodate schedules we have an online auto booking option available. Any bookings placed on our autoscheduler DO NOT guarantee appointment availability. We do our best to accommodate schedules, yet will reach out via phone if rescheduling is needed.

ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY

We love friends and family, yet at the salon/spa we want the focus to be on you! We ask that additional guests not attend appointments. We LOVE children, yet we kindly ask you to leave them at home unless we are providing a service for them.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICIES

We understand there are emergencies or schedule changes, yet if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours of your appointment we do charge a 50% service fee.

We love all of our guests to attend appointments, yet to ensure our staff are paid for the time reserved we do charge a 100% appointment fee if a no show occurs.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO CONSENT

At our salons we believe the work we create is art and should be captured. We will always ask yet you grant permission, the right to take photographs in connection within the salon and spa. We will always ask yet when in our salon you authorize assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. As well as agree photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

ADJUSTMENT, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Services: We offer complimentary adjustments within seven days of your initial appointment, if the application error was at our fault. Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically provided as in-store credit.
Products: Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Opened or used products may be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Refund Processing: Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days.
